How scans work
ConvertlyTool scans public Shopify product pages and shows verified improvement points with evidence. Issues are ordered by severity and issue type — not by a pattern engine or revenue ranking.
- Paste a public store or product URL — we analyze visible storefront data only.
- No Shopify admin access, no code access, and no passwords required.
- We only use publicly visible pages — the same thing a visitor sees.
- If the scan does not have enough certainty, we do not show advice you cannot trust.
Getting started
- Free preview — run a scan from the homepage without signing in.
- Sign in — use login to save scans and open the dashboard.
- First scan handoff — after signup, your pending scan URL is carried into the dashboard activation checklist.
- Dashboard chat — on Growth and above, use in-dashboard chat for scan, plan, and result questions.
- Activation checklist — after your first scan, the dashboard shows next steps to get value from Convertly.

What exactly do you scan?
Public Shopify product pages — the same thing a visitor sees.
Do you access my admin?
No. No app install and no access to your Shopify admin.
Do you read my orders or customers?
No. No checkout. No customer data.
What if the scan does not have enough certainty?
Then we do not show advice you cannot trust.
Don't I already have Clarity or Hotjar?
Those tools show behavior (clicks, scrolls). Convertly shows proven CRO issues on your product page — buy button, price, variants — with evidence and a fix.
Why only Shopify?
Because we want to check one type of store well and reliably.
Plans and pricing
Choose the plan that matches how large and complex your catalog is. Prices are indicative excluding VAT where applicable. Cancel monthly.

Billing and subscriptions
- Manage billing — open the billing portal in your dashboard after login (Stripe-hosted).
- Invoices and payment method — view invoice history and update payment method from the dashboard billing tab.
- Refunds — see our refund policy.
- Organization billing — agency plans may show organization-level billing in the dashboard when applicable.
